What is BPA?
Bisphenol A is a chemical present in polycarbonate plastics commonly used in baby feeding bottles and feeding accessories. There is serious concern about the harmful effects on human health and particularly infant development, of leaching of this chemical into food substances. The use of BPA in baby feeding items has been banned in a number of countries including Canada, UK, the European Union and USA. To ensure complete safety all AVENT products are 100% BPA free.
